accounts; authorizes seller to offer timeshare interests in timeshare
plans located outside of this state without filing public offering
statement for such out-of-state timeshare plan; authorizes funding of
reserve accounts to be waived or reduced; authorizes certain insurance
to include reasonable deductibles as determined initially by seller &
thereafter by managing entity, etc. Amends 721.03,.05,.13,.165.
